Initially, I was supposed to stay at a Courtyard Marriott…A friend booked for me while I was having phone difficulties, she accidentally booked the wrong night so I paid a small fee to rebook, however when I got to the hotel … soaking wet… after dragging my luggage through the rain, and waiting 10 minutes because they were ‘short staffed’ … they refused to honor my new reservation, and told me I needed to cancel, then re-book. I decided wasn’t doing anything other than cancel.. then drove 2 blocks down to Holiday Inn Express after booking. Unfortunately, I booked right at midnight and it bumped me to the following morning for check in. I didn’t discover this until I got there, but instead of rudely turning me away, the 2 *very handsome* gentlemen and the woman they were very patiently training went out of their way to not only honor my room for the time I arrived… they upgraded me at no charge because of my poor experience at the Courtyard Marriott... and probably soaking welt clothes/luggage. 🤣 I couldn’t have gotten a better nights sleep. Someone there is a professional snacker, they had a pretty good variety of sweet/salty/sour treats! I will never stay anywhere else if the need arises again! Thank you again Holiday Inn Express - Landmark Blvd / Addison, Texas Sincerely… a previously exhausted and frustrated nurse/dancer/fitness instructor/model - explains the photo… 🤣 whom had been teaching and working all day, and was OVER IT ALL. 😍💙

The staff are very nice. In the lobby are lot of places to chill, there ar two computers to use. The rooms are clean and has a big tv, a fridge and a coffee machine. There is also a pool area. And a great breakfast buffet.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. I know how housekeeping typically cleans only the areas people see or touches the most, but I go back and clean it myself. I went through that room with disinfectant wipes and did not have hardly anything on it. This is the first time this has happened. The beds were comfortable. Facilities were modern and updated. This by far exceeded my expectations.

Room was beautiful and breakfast tasted great & had several options to partake of. Receptionist desk workers were all very kind. Great location. Love that they have a pool and gym but did not experience using either on this trip.

The room was soooo spacious!! We loved it. There was even a little hallway between the room and the bathroom which was very convenient. A/C worked great, Wifi worked great, breakfast was basic but ok (althoug TOO EARLY, until 9:30!!), the beds were very comfy, staff was very friendly. There are so many restaurants, places to eat nearby. I even used their laundry/dryer, this is not common at all to have at your disposal in Europe so it was wonderful to be able to get clean clothes again during a long trip away from home. Location of hotel was very easy to find for uber drivers.

Luis, the facility manager along with a sweet blonde haired lady from the front desk helped us jump our car and get back on the road to our next destination. Exceptional staff here! Wow!!!!

Breakfast was good. Nothing out of the expectation of breakfast at a hotel. Location was great. It's walking distance from a lot of great places to eat.
